For all of the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 gamers out there in Abilene, Texas, The Gamerz Dome is hosting a tournament on May 2nd (first Sunday of the month). At least six teams must sign up for the tournament to happen, and the cash prize is $400 for 1st place.

That’s right I was away for about three weeks due to work. Have been in Los Angelos, CA to Pagosa Springs, CO. It has been insane. What’s new? Talk about a slow night on COD:MW2; although, it was a blast playing with Chaste and Jakiovasaurs. The night was spent going through map after map getting slaughtered quicker than a cow at a butcher shop. Feel free to hit up the crew on Sunday nights for some awesome gameplay… hopefully a better Sunday than this past one.

The most asked question is the purpose of and plans for WTXGamers? We are a gaming community with a focus on hosting competitive gaming tournaments for this community. We also have a tendency to sponsor players and teams in national competitive arenas as it is our goal to help kick-off competitive gaming careers.
When will WTXGamers be hosting its next tournament? With our last tournament several months ago, we are reviewing the trends of gaming to decide on a suitable title for our next tournament. We plan on hosting another tournament within the next few months with the appropriate advertising to draw in the masses.
